Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is seeking a Strategic Global Operations Manager to oversee US East Coast Product Line health and drive operational excellence across manufacturing, supply chain, and deployment functions. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between East Coast production teams and headquarters operations, ensuring processes and systems support scaled hardware production and deployment.
Key responsibilities include: managing the funnel of production team system and process enhancement requests, prioritizing and tracking implementation across product teams; building operational dashboards and KPIs to monitor Product Line health and inform strategic decision-making; developing and documenting standard operating procedures and process workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams; coordinating weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with data preparation and action item tracking; assessing readiness for regional expansion and benchmarking performance across regions to identify improvement opportunities; and working closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments, and Finance teams to identify problems and implement solutions that improve the ability to buy, make, and deploy hardware quickly and correctly.
You will develop a strategic operations viewpoint, actively participating in project prioritization and understanding different functional perspectives to enable sound decision-making. The role requires strong execution discipline, combining qualitative and quantitative analysis to influence operational decisions and drive cross-functional outcomes.
Required qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in Defense, Engineering, Technology, or Finance with focus on Project Management, Operations, and Analytics. You must demonstrate high execution standards, strong analytical and process skills, excellent cross-functional communication, and the ability to identify and solve complex, ambiguous operational problems in a people-centric way. Detail-oriented, organized, and genuinely curious about diving deep into operational systems and processes.
