You will join the Strategic Finance & Operations team reporting to the Head of Operations, working closely with the CEO and leadership team. This role is ideal for someone transitioning from analyzing businesses to actively building one.
Key responsibilities include: developing and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting across revenue, growth, customers, spend, and efficiency metrics; building and maintaining financial models, forecasts, budgets, and headcount plans; conducting strategic analyses on company-level questions by synthesizing data across functions; establishing spend visibility and reporting to identify optimization opportunities; building operating systems, processes, and reporting cadences to support scaling; partnering cross-functionally to gather data and execute projects; and supporting the Head of Operations on emerging strategic and operational priorities.
You bring 2–5 years of experience from investment banking, private equity, venture capital, growth investing, strategic finance, or similar highly analytical environments. You have strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, can structure ambiguous problems and work with imperfect data, and possess strong business judgment to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights. You thrive in fast-moving startup environments and are comfortable diving into operational details. Prior startup or operating experience is a plus but not required.
