Bounce is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to build and scale the financial planning function during a critical growth phase. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you will develop processes, models, and reporting cadence that guide resource planning, allocation, and performance evaluation across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing financial planning frameworks and processes
- Building analytical models to support forecasting and budgeting
- Establishing reporting cadence and dashboards for leadership visibility
- Partnering with department leaders on budget management and forecasting
- Delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
- Supporting the maturation of financial operations as the company scales
- Evaluating business performance against plans and identifying variances
This role is ideal for someone with a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving who is motivated by helping organizations mature their financial operations. You should be comfortable working cross-functionally with department leaders and translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
