Salary: GBP 166,000 - 220,000 / annual

The Maneuver Dominance Division focuses on rebooting vertical flight through unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and related capabilities for defense, intelligence, and commercial customers.
As Associate Director of Strategic Execution, you will lead cross-functional initiatives across Business Development, Operations, and Finance to support aggressive growth targets. Your responsibilities include:
• Partner with Business Development, Division Operations, and FP&A to manage sales pipelines, refine strategic reporting, and optimize resource prioritization
• Analyze top-line data, maintain total addressable market (TAM) assignments, and translate sales pipeline demand into planning inputs that surface trends
• Identify and address recurring business process challenges at the intersection of BD, Ops, and Finance using quantitative analysis to drive sustainable improvements
• Distill complex data into strategic narratives for executive stakeholders to enable faster, informed decision-making
• Execute multiple special projects across various functional areas as they arise
You bring 4–10 years of experience in operating roles at high-growth companies, finance, or consulting. You excel at navigating ambiguity, framing analytical problems, and owning cross-functional projects end-to-end. You are detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable with both strategic and tactical execution. You have hands-on experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include experience with international government business development, government contract structures, proposal processes, military service, defense contracting, or government sector work.
