Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, reaching 300+ million people monthly across 55+ countries. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to cultural experiences.
You will lead the design and execution of Fever's most complex, high-impact events globally. This is a strategic operations role where you own projects end-to-end, from early-stage definition through final execution. You will not simply execute existing playbooks—you will define how events should be operated, building operational strategies and processes from scratch when needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the full operational strategy of large-scale, complex events
- Translating partner needs into scalable operational models
- Designing processes, workflows, and tools where none exist
- Breaking down complex, ambiguous problems into actionable plans
- Anticipating operational risks and designing mitigation strategies
- Leading cross-functional teams (Sales, Originals, Product, local Operations)
- Serving as the main operational point of contact for key partners
- Ensuring designed solutions are effectively implemented on the ground
- Supporting local teams and unblocking critical issues
Success means delivering complex events without relying on existing playbooks, designing reusable operational models, positioning Fever as a strategic operator (not just executor), reducing ambiguity through clear structure, and moving projects forward with minimal escalation.
You bring 2–4 years of experience in strategy & operations at high-growth companies, with proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and lead projects end-to-end. You are a structured problem solver with a builder mentality, high ownership, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence without authority are essential. Experience in operational environments (logistics, marketplaces, large-scale ops) is a plus.
