UiPath is seeking a Strategic Engagement Executive to serve as a senior industry leader responsible for defining industry strategy and point-of-view within the Office of the CFO. This is a strategic, non-quota-carrying role focused on structuring repeatable commercial plays, influencing product direction, accelerating strategic deals, and enabling consistent execution across the go-to-market organization. Key responsibilities include: setting and refreshing industry strategy to direct plays, partner focus, and investment priorities; establishing a clear, defensible industry perspective that anchors executive conversations and GTM motions; creating reusable go-to-market content aligned to strategy and prioritized plays; enabling scalable, repeatable execution across the full go-to-market field; ensuring product and solution direction reflects real industry requirements and growth opportunities; accelerating strategic deals and strengthening executive trust through industry credibility; and building market credibility, executive interest, and industry authority for UiPath while driving demand generation through content and marketing oversight and fostering customer community engagement. Success is measured by clarity, repeatability, executive credibility, and measurable impact on growth. The role requires 10+ years of experience focused on B2B software, consulting, product marketing, or sales enablement. Candidates should have a solid understanding of workflows, strong written and verbal communication skills, comfort with AI and automation concepts, and the ability to translate technical ideas into business value. Proven project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deliverables and meet deadlines are essential. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Nice-to-have skills include experience creating sales enablement content such as battlecards and discovery guides, familiarity with Salesforce and content hubs like Highspot, and exposure to partner ecosystems and co-marketing/co-sell motions.
