Salary: USD 106,400 - 113,000 / annual
Greenhouse is seeking a Strategic Consultant to lead complex, high-value professional services engagements for the company's largest customers. You will work at the intersection of Customer Success and Professional Services, owning the full lifecycle of strategic enablement projects including system implementations, audits, reconfigurations, and change management initiatives.
In this role, you will partner directly with enterprise customers to upgrade their recruiting workflows, system configurations, and talent acquisition strategies. You'll conduct detailed account and workflow audits, develop strategic recommendations, and guide customers through implementation and change adoption. You will also build standardized documentation, playbooks, and resources to scale consulting engagements across the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple complex customer engagements simultaneously while maintaining meticulous organization and attention to detail
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success
- Serving as a subject matter expert on Greenhouse Recruiting and talent acquisition best practices
- Identifying process gaps and actively optimizing documentation, workflows, tools, and resources
- Transforming customers from passive users into active product champions through strategic advisory and change evangelism
- Strategizing and overseeing the professional services lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects
- Conducting system audits with detailed, actionable recommendations

REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive Greenhouse Recruiting product knowledge
- 3+ years of experience advising on talent-related functions
- Project management experience
- Experience building internal programs and process improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; assertive, strategic, and thoughtful
- Demonstrated ability to manage and work well on a team, adapting to constantly changing environments with competing priorities
- Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day and curious about how they could help customers optimize recruiting
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
