OpenAI is seeking a Strategic Cloud Partner Enablement Lead to activate and scale partner success across strategic cloud platforms. This senior role owns the enablement strategy and execution that equips partner teams—sales, technical, customer success, and leadership—to co-sell and deploy AI-powered customer solutions at scale. You will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of strategic cloud partners, developing deep understanding of each partner's business, priorities, and learning infrastructure. You will build partner-specific enablement strategies aligned to shared goals and the broader partnership strategy, establishing trusted relationships across partner leadership, alliance teams, enablement stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering differentiated learning programs—workshops, technical deep dives, executive briefings, train-the-trainer sessions, and reusable learning resources—tailored to partner sellers, solutions architects, developers, customer success teams, and leaders. You will translate complex AI capabilities, product features, and go-to-market objectives into practical, audience-specific learning experiences grounded in real customer scenarios. You will drive measurable outcomes by activating partner teams with the knowledge and skills to co-sell and deploy solutions at scale, developing partner champions who extend learning across their organizations, and connecting enablement activity to co-sell execution, customer deployments, and partner-influenced business outcomes. This role requires close cross-functional collaboration with strategic alliances, partner management, sales, solutions architecture, product, developer relations, customer success, marketing, and learning teams. You will represent the partner voice internally, translating product launches and strategic initiatives into coordinated enablement actions, and influence stakeholders at multiple levels. You will establish clear metrics for partner engagement, training attendance, workshop delivery, and program reach, monitor trends across partner audiences and geographies, and continuously improve learning experiences based on participation, feedback, and strategic business impact. Success requires 8+ years in partner success, strategic partnerships, partner enablement, customer success, learning and development, or enterprise technology consulting, with proven ability to manage strategic partner relationships and design scalable enablement programs.
