Flock is a telematics and AI-powered fleet safety company that helps prevent road accidents through real-time data and proactive interventions. Recently acquired by Admiral (May 2026), Flock combines startup agility with the backing of the UK's leading motor insurer.
You will own the relationship with Flock's largest fleet clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform. You'll sit at the intersection of client, broker, and Flock teams, working closely with Broker Development Managers to deliver a seamless, coordinated service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of strategic fleet clients and becoming their trusted advisor
- Building and operationalizing Flock's corporate account management approach, including client reviews, performance reporting, and relationship cadence
- Coordinating across internal teams (claims, safety, underwriting, finance) to resolve client issues and build stakeholder relationships
- Identifying retention risks early and developing mitigation strategies for key accounts
- Supporting direct commercial relationships with a smaller number of corporate clients
- Shaping Flock's client service proposition based on feedback and market needs
- Leveraging AI daily for account research, meeting preparation, query management, and reporting
You'll report to the Head of Distribution and work hybrid from Flock's Central London office (typically 3 days/week, with flexibility for longer commutes). Client site visits, conferences, and broker office visits count toward office days.

- Preferred: experience with large, complex, or multi-site corporate clients; Commercial Motor Fleet or fleet risk/safety background; claims process exposure; or experience building account management/client service propositions
