You will lead the expansion of GitGuardian's Channel First go-to-market strategy across the Western United States. Reporting to the Global Director of Partners and Alliances, you'll develop and execute strategic partner relationships with leading cybersecurity solution providers (GuidePoint Security, Optiv, WWT, SHI, and others) to generate partner-sourced pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. Key responsibilities include: developing the channel growth strategy for the Western US territory; building executive and field-level relationships with strategic partners; generating partner-sourced pipeline through joint account planning, co-selling, and enablement; collaborating with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams; creating joint business plans and partner enablement initiatives; and helping scale GitGuardian's channel motion as the company grows. You'll need 8+ years of channel sales or partner management experience in cybersecurity, with proven success generating partner-sourced pipeline and consistently achieving quota. Strong relationships with cybersecurity solution providers, experience in co-selling with enterprise sales teams, and knowledge of Application Security, DevSecOps, Identity Security, or Cloud Security are essential. You should have strong executive presence, communication skills, storytelling ability, and an entrepreneurial mindset to build and scale programs in a high-growth environment.
