JumpCloud is seeking a Strategic Alliances Manager for the EMEA region, based remotely in England. This role serves as the alliance leadership hub for Europe and Middle East markets, managing relationships with major hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud) and security partners (CrowdStrike) to drive co-sell motions and marketplace execution. Key responsibilities include: cultivating relationships with sales leadership and partner teams at AWS, Google Workspace, and CrowdStrike to ensure JumpCloud visibility; orchestrating end-to-end co-sell activities and marketplace utilization to accelerate deal velocity and joint revenue targets; designing and delivering tailored enablement sessions for partner-facing teams; acting as primary liaison between the partner ecosystem and internal Commercial, Enterprise, and VAR Partner teams; identifying and supporting GTM motions with Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners that complement the portfolio; and collaborating on strategic lead-generation activities with ISV partners and hyperscaler marketing programs. Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience working with ISVs, hyperscalers, or cloud software partners; proven track record building revenue-generating alliances with cloud infrastructure providers and achieving growth targets; demonstrated ability to execute OEM motions within SaaS/ISV space; deep knowledge of identity, security, infrastructure, and SaaS products; seasoned understanding of Europe and Middle East partner ecosystems including VARs, SIs, and MSPs. Preferred qualifications: experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions; background in fast-paced, hyper-growth SaaS environments; engagement with hyperscaler environments or security ISVs; self-starter mentality thriving in remote-first, multi-timezone settings; bachelor's degree or equivalent. Fluent English required; role involves working across 15+ countries with English as primary business language.
