Writer is an enterprise generative AI platform that helps Fortune 100 companies build and deploy AI agents grounded in their data. The company is valued at $1.9B and backed by leading investors including Premji Invest, Radical Ventures, and ICONIQ Growth.
You will serve as a strategic transformation partner for Writer's most important Fortune 50-100 accounts, acting as the architect of change beyond software implementation. Your role bridges business strategy and cutting-edge AI technology, translating the Writer platform's capabilities into measurable P&L impact and helping executives navigate the shift to an AI-first operating model.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of strategic customers while leading ROI and value initiatives in partnership with customer success managers
- Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, setting vision and defining job-to-be-done (JTBD) frameworks to drive AI adoption
- Building and maintaining deep C-suite relationships to make AI a top priority for leadership
- Conducting analysis through surveys and interviews to quantify and communicate P&L impact during business reviews
- Orchestrating complex cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders, managing escalations, risks, and program updates
- Identifying and driving expansion opportunities through cross-sell and upsell initiatives in partnership with sales
- Scaling transformation best practices by creating frameworks, decks, and communications for the broader team
You will report to the Director of AI Transformation and Success and work from the London hub on a hybrid basis.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies with proven track record of building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations
- Mastery of change management and strategic thinking with ability to set vision, define frameworks, and translate capabilities to measurable outcomes and P&L impact
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, including ability to lead composed presentations to boards and orchestrate cross-functional teams while resolving conflicts
- Curious mindset and active listening style that demonstrates genuine leadership
- Strong professional background in management consulting or strategy advisory to navigate complex customer business environments
