You will serve as a strategic transformation partner for Writer's most important Fortune 50-100 accounts, acting as the architect of enterprise-wide AI adoption. This role bridges business strategy and cutting-edge technology, helping C-suite executives move from AI experimentation to full-scale value realization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of strategic customers while leading ROI and value initiatives in partnership with customer success teams
- Building and maintaining C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor, setting vision and defining job-to-be-done frameworks with leadership teams
- Conducting analysis through surveys and interviews to quantify P&L impact of AI adoption in business reviews
- Orchestrating complex cross-functional transformation programs across multiple stakeholders, managing escalations and risk mitigation
- Identifying and driving expansion opportunities through cross-sell and upsell initiatives
- Scaling transformation best practices by developing frameworks, decks, and communications for the broader team
You bring 10+ years of strategic account management or transformation consulting experience with Fortune 50-100 companies, with a proven track record of building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations. You have deep expertise in change management and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate complex capabilities into measurable business outcomes. Exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to lead board-level presentations are essential. You thrive in complex business environments and have a background in management consulting or strategy advisory. You are genuinely curious, practice active listening, and embody leadership qualities that inspire followership.
