Jasper is a marketing agents platform that helps enterprises orchestrate AI agents to execute marketing work at scale. As a Strategic AI Outcomes Manager, you'll partner with Jasper's largest enterprise customers—including nearly 20% of the Fortune 500—to ensure they achieve measurable business outcomes with generative AI.
You'll serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive stakeholders (VP/C-level), helping them define AI transformation strategies, identify high-value use cases, drive organizational adoption, and realize business value across marketing and enterprise functions. This is not a commercial account management role; you won't own renewals, pricing, or contract negotiations. Instead, your success is measured by customer outcomes, executive relationships, AI maturity, and long-term strategic value creation.
Key responsibilities include building trusted-advisor relationships with senior marketing, operations, and digital transformation leaders; facilitating strategic conversations that connect Jasper's capabilities to business priorities; helping customers develop enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps; defining measurable success metrics tied to business outcomes; identifying and expanding high-impact AI use cases; driving adoption across business units; and orchestrating internal cross-functional teams (Solutions Architects, Product, Marketing, Customer Education) to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You'll also advocate for customer needs with the Product team, surface customer success stories and best practices, and help customers mature from AI experimentation to scaled programs. The role reports to the Director of AI Outcomes and is fully remote, open to candidates in the continental US.
Required: 7–10+ years in Enterprise Customer Success, Strategic Consulting, Digital Transformation, Management Consulting, or similar customer-facing strategic roles. You'll need experience managing complex enterprise accounts with executive stakeholders, a proven ability to influence VP- and C-level leaders, a track record of leading organizational change, strong business acumen, executive presence, and hands-on experience with generative AI or AI transformation. Background in marketing technology, SaaS, or enterprise software is expected. Consulting experience at top firms (Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom, EY, Bain, McKinsey) and experience with Fortune 500 organizations is a plus.
