Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 / annual
InstaLILY is an AI products and infrastructure company building Lily™, an AI Forward Deployed Engineer that learns how businesses work, builds needed software, and goes live in days. The company has raised ~$100M and serves leading operators in construction, industrial distribution, logistics, and healthcare, having driven over $200M in new annual sales for customers.
In this role, you'll manage a team of Growth Analysts who own zero-to-one pilot delivery while partnering with Strategic AI Partners on post-pilot enterprise engagement. You'll report to the VP of Customer Success and own the full customer lifecycle—from running workshops and POC delivery in the pilot phase through QBRs, executive briefings, and account planning post-pilot.
Key responsibilities include: driving customer outcomes and health across your accounts; coaching and developing Growth Analysts; translating customer signals into product feedback; contributing to playbooks and templates; and traveling to customer sites for in-person work. You'll escalate strategic decisions to Strategic AI Partners and shape how InstaLILY scales customer relationships.
You'll need 3–5 years in Customer Success, strategic account management, consulting, growth, operations, or comparable high-ownership roles. Essential traits: client-facing rigor, analytical instincts, structured thinking, comfort with ambiguity, ownership mentality, AI-native curiosity, industry knowledge (industrial, manufacturing, automotive, healthcare), and clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
The role requires hybrid availability: 5 days/week for the first 6 months, then 4 days/week in New York or San Francisco with 1 day remote. You'll work with a sharp, low-ego team at a stage where you can shape how customer relationships and expansion scale. The product is proven—customers are live and driving real operational change.
