Salary: CAD 105,000 - 130,000 / annual

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will own relationships with named accounts and develop account success plans focused on expansion opportunities across the Tipalti product suite. You will prospect into both the existing customer base and some net-new accounts to uncover pipeline, drive sales cycles, and close business. Your responsibilities include: - Owning relationships with named accounts to develop and implement plans for maximizing expansion opportunities and ensuring high customer success standards - Accurately maintaining account and opportunity information in CRM systems - Leveraging systems and tools to engage customers, manage pipeline, and track deal progress using data to inform decisions - Understanding customer business needs and aligning solutions to their business goals - Identifying business challenges and creating solutions using Tipalti services - Building deep, trusting relationships with decision makers and executives - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Implementation, Operations, Product) to develop and execute effective sales strategies - Identifying and communicating customer knowledge gaps and opportunities for Tipalti products You will work in a hybrid model requiring in-office presence Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The role offers competitive benefits including matching RRSP, extended health benefits, life insurance, maternity/paternity/fertility benefits, 15 days PTO, subsidized lunch on office days, phone/internet allowance, and a pet-friendly office. **Requirements:** - 4+ years of experience in Software/SaaS or Financial Tech sales with a successful track record of consistent quota achievement - Undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field (or equivalent) - Previous experience selling to C-Suite executives (Emerging Technologies, Digital Economy, and Global Organizations strongly preferred) - Problem-solving capabilities, highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong time-management skills - Proactive, self-starting individual who can identify opportunities and execute independently - Demonstrated ability to sell large-scale solutions and achieve sales revenue targets through increased adoption and expanded use of technology in existing customer base - Skilled at fostering and leveraging strong working relationships with cross-functional teams - Driven to achieve aggressive goals combined with equal passion for customer success - Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to build and maintain key client relationships
