CertiK, the largest Web3 security platform founded from research at Columbia and Yale, is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to build and manage relationships with financial institutions across Brazil and LATAM as they enter digital assets. You will own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with banks, brokers, asset managers, payment institutions, and fintechs. Your responsibilities include mapping each institution's digital asset roadmap and regulatory obligations, positioning CertiK's solutions (security assessments, custody and infrastructure audits, penetration testing, on-chain monitoring, and compliance tooling), and navigating institutional politics to understand decision-makers and procurement processes. You will lead negotiations with CISOs, CTOs, compliance, risk, innovation, and legal teams through to close. You'll represent CertiK at industry events and associations (Febraban, ABBC, ABFintechs, ABToken, ANBIMA) and executive forums, speaking on panels when relevant. You'll collaborate with CertiK's technical, advisory, and product teams to shape proposals that fit institutional requirements, and share market intelligence to inform regional strategy and product roadmap. Requirements: - 10+ years in financial services, fintech, consulting, technology, or infrastructure sales, serving financial institutions in Brazil - Established, active network at C-level and senior management in Brazilian banks and financial institutions; ability to secure meetings in weeks, not months - Track record of closing and expanding enterprise relationships with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders - Executive presence; comfort in boardrooms, with regulators, and on stage - Political acumen and patience to build relationships over time - Solid understanding of Brazilian regulatory landscape (BCB, CVM) and how institutions handle compliance - Fluent Portuguese and professional English; Spanish is a plus - Web3 or cybersecurity experience is not required; curiosity and willingness to learn are essential Bonus: experience selling to CISOs, risk, or compliance functions (GRC, cybersecurity, audit, regtech, core banking, payments); background at Big Four, bank, core banking/payments vendor, or regulatory consultancy; network across other LATAM markets (Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina).
