As a Strategic Account Executive, you will own the relationship with a small portfolio of 5 strategic pursuit accounts among the CAC40 and SBF120 (France's largest publicly traded companies). This is a named account role focused on both landing new business and driving long-term expansion across these global enterprises.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning global responsibility for 5 strategic pursuit accounts headquartered in France
- Building and executing multi-year account strategies and territory plans to land new business and expand Pigment's footprint across functions, business units, and geographies
- Engaging C-level and executive decision-makers through value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, and market data
- Leading complex, often multinational, sales cycles from initial conversation through close
- Coordinating internal teams (Solutions Consultants, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Partnerships, Executives) to drive unified account strategy
- Partnering with system integrators and services partners on technical and business delivery plans
- Building lasting relationships with C-suite executives across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other functions
- Generating and growing pipeline through prospecting within named accounts
- Forecasting sales revenue and activity accurately
- Evangelizing Pigment through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives
Requirements:
- Consistent track record of selling complex enterprise software or platforms to C-level executives within large, global accounts
- Experience defining and executing account strategy and territory plans for a small portfolio of top-tier, complex accounts
- Strong point of view on industry trends and ability to build narratives around digital transformation, planning, and decision-making
- Comfort navigating large matrix organizations and coordinating stakeholders across geographies and business units
- Ability to sell both business applications and underlying platform deployments
- Strong relationship-building skills with ability to grow and nurture executive relationships over time
- Proven ability to forecast accurately and consistently achieve revenue goals
- Ability to negotiate complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Self-starter with strong drive to succeed and comfort with risk and ambiguity
- Leadership, authority, and confidence in written, oral, and presentation interactions
- Proven track record of sustained success (President's Club, Chairman's Club recognition)
- Fluency in French and English (required)
