Storyous is seeking a Partnerships & Integrations Manager to own and develop the company's integration portfolio and partnership strategy. This is a full-ownership role combining two interconnected areas: managing and expanding the integration portfolio while identifying, negotiating, and developing partnerships that drive customer acquisition and product value. Key responsibilities include: Integrations Portfolio: Take ownership of existing and new integrations, map their business purpose and technical/operational status, establish a clear lifecycle from assessment through launch to long-term evaluation, and serve as the primary contact for key technology partners. Work with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure integrations are technically sound, commercially viable, and sustainably supported. Partnership Development: Create a partnership strategy aligned with Storyous priorities, actively identify opportunities among relevant firms and distribution channels, map where partners have commercial motivation to recommend or resell Storyous, and lead the full process from partner identification through qualification, proposal, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing development. Propose appropriate collaboration models (referral, reseller, co-selling, joint offerings, strategic partnerships) and convert relationships into measurable business impact. Business Case & Economics: Prepare business cases for significant initiatives, assess commercial benefits and costs, propose commercial terms and economic models, lead negotiations on business models and operational conditions, and prepare decision materials for leadership. Product & Engineering Enablement: Translate business needs into clear product and technical specifications, maintain qualified discussions with internal and external technical stakeholders, ensure requirements have clear purpose and expected ROI, and take responsibility for advocating priority and stakeholder alignment when Product or Engineering capacity is needed. Go-to-Market & Adoption: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Product to create launch plans, prepare value propositions and sales arguments, ensure partner understanding of Storyous offerings and target customers, and track actual utilization and business impact beyond partner activation metrics. Reporting & Governance: Establish regular reporting on integration and partnership portfolio performance, track pipeline development, business results, activation, utilization, costs, and operational quality. Conduct regular business reviews with key partners and maintain clear documentation of contracts, owners, terms, and operational status. Continuously evaluate which integrations and partnerships to develop, standardize, renegotiate, or sunset. This role requires true ownership and decision-making authority. You will be responsible for ensuring each priority initiative has clear objectives, business cases, scope, and success metrics; partnerships are economically sound with defined responsibilities; technical and product requirements are understood and properly prioritized; stakeholders are informed and decisions are executed; problems are resolved directly and escalated appropriately; and results deliver expected value.
