Salary: USD 80,000 - 118,000 / annual

As Store Director at the Santa Anita location in Arcadia, you will lead all aspects of store operations and drive sales performance. You will manage and mentor a team including Store Experience Leads, Omni Client Experience Managers, Bar Leads, and Customer Experience Specialists. Your responsibilities include setting clear performance goals, conducting regular coaching sessions, overseeing annual reviews, and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead by example on the sales floor, proactively coaching and inspiring team members
- Develop and execute operational standards for the boutique, including front-of-house and back-of-house planning
- Drive business goals for the store and omni-channel initiatives, translating strategy into actionable plans
- Monitor achievement of sales and operational targets
- Manage the Rebag Bar Experience and community networking efforts
- Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and culture
- Identify and develop talent within the team
You should be personable, energetic, highly organized, and passionate about fashion and sustainability. You'll need strong conflict resolution skills, the ability to problem-solve independently, and comfort with technology. The role requires full availability including weekends and evenings, ability to stand for extended periods, and capacity to lift up to 40 lbs.
