As Startups Ecosystem Lead, you'll own Reducto's relationships across the venture and accelerator ecosystem, with initial focus on Y Combinator. Your mandate is to ensure every early-stage company in the YC ecosystem runs on Reducto and receives ongoing value as they scale from seed through Series B and beyond.
Key responsibilities include: owning the YC relationship day-to-day and batch onboarding; designing and operating scalable startup-specific programs (credits, fast-track onboarding, dedicated support, workshops); partnering with product and support teams to reduce friction for early-stage adoption; tracking adoption, usage, and expansion metrics across cohorts; building community touchpoints (office hours, workshops, founder channels); identifying and building relationships with additional top accelerators and seed funds; and serving as the internal voice of early-stage customers.
You'll be entrepreneurial and execution-focused, comfortable owning end-to-end mandates with minimal existing infrastructure. You should have existing relationships in the YC or venture ecosystem, or proven ability to build them quickly. Founder empathy is essential—you understand the different needs of five-person startups versus enterprise accounts. You're a program builder who thinks beyond one-off relationships and a data-driven operator who uses metrics to prioritize investment.
Bonus experience includes a YC founder or alumni network, prior startup/developer/founder-facing program experience, early-stage startup founding or work experience, and familiarity with agentic AI and document-processing landscapes.
This is an in-person, on-site role based in San Francisco. Reducto moves fast, ships often, and iterates in days. The company values impact, speed, and learning alongside world-class engineers, operators, and founders.
