Mixpanel is a leading product intelligence and analytics platform used by over 29,000 companies. The Startup Program Manager role sits within the Marketing organization and owns day-to-day execution of Mixpanel's startup program—a high-leverage growth motion that gives early-stage companies access to the platform as they form product habits.
You will manage three core areas:
Ecosystem Partnerships: Build and grow relationships with accelerators, incubators, and startup partners. Plan and execute partner activations including Demo Days and portfolio programs. Maintain a prioritized view of partner relationships and identify where to focus next.
Founder Engagement & Program Delivery: Drive Mixpanel adoption within cohorts through adaptive outreach. Design and deliver founder-facing programming that provides genuine value. Be a consistent presence at demo days, founder events, and tech weeks. Synthesize themes from founder conversations to shape program direction.
Pipeline & Go-to-Market: Build and run outbound acquisition campaigns (email, social, partner channels) to enroll startups. Identify program participants ready for commercial nurture and coordinate handoffs with Sales. Maintain reporting that connects program activity to outcomes. Test new formats for founder and partner outreach and scale what works.
You'll report to the Global Startup Program Lead and collaborate closely with Field Marketing, Campaign Managers, Customer & Content Marketing, and Sales.
Ideal candidates have experience in marketing, community, growth, partnerships, or business development—ideally with real time in or around the startup ecosystem. You should understand how accelerators, VCs, and founders operate, with a track record of building and managing partner relationships end-to-end. Strong written and verbal communication, ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration independently, and comfort with data-driven decision-making are essential. Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work is expected. Bonus experience includes familiarity with Mixpanel or analytics tools, founder background, early-stage venture or accelerator experience, CRM/marketing automation tools, or fluency in additional languages.
