Mixpanel is a leading product intelligence and analytics platform used by 29,000+ companies. This role sits within the Marketing organization and reports to the Global Startup Program Lead, working cross-functionally with Field Marketing, Campaign Managers, Customer & Content Marketing, and Sales. As Startup Program Manager, you'll own day-to-day execution of Mixpanel's startup program—one of the company's highest-leverage growth motions. You'll build and maintain relationships with accelerators, incubators, and startup partners; drive founder engagement and program adoption; and manage the full pipeline from outreach through commercial handoffs. Key responsibilities include: Ecosystem Partnerships: Own and grow relationships with accelerators and incubators. Plan and execute partner activations including Demo Days and portfolio programs. Maintain a prioritized view of partner relationships and priority markets. Founder Engagement & Program Delivery: Drive Mixpanel adoption within cohorts through adaptive outreach. Design and deliver founder-facing programming. Be a consistent presence at demo days, founder events, and tech weeks. Synthesize themes from founder conversations to shape program direction. Pipeline & Go-to-Market: Build and run outbound acquisition campaigns (email, social, partner channels). Identify program participants ready for commercial nurture and coordinate Sales handoffs. Maintain reporting connecting program activity to outcomes. Test new formats for founder and partner outreach. You should have experience in marketing, community, growth, partnerships, or business development—ideally with real time in or around the startup ecosystem. You'll need working knowledge of how accelerators, VCs, and founders operate; a track record of building and managing partner relationships end-to-end; clear communication across audiences and time zones; ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration independently; active use of AI tools in day-to-day work; strong organizational instincts; comfort with data-driven decision-making; and genuine curiosity about the startup landscape and Mixpanel's product. Bonus qualifications include familiarity with Mixpanel or similar analytics tools, founder experience, early-stage venture or accelerator program background, experience with CRM/marketing automation tools, and fluency in additional languages.
