The company created the Interview Intelligence category and serves innovative customers like Canva, OpenAI, Ramp, and HubSpot. In this high-judgment, hands-on role, you will lead zero-to-one and scaling efforts, defining new AI-powered workflows, improving products used by hiring teams daily, and establishing product and technical foundations for BrightHire's system of action for hiring. You'll work across customer discovery, launch, adoption, and iteration cycles. Key responsibilities include: - Leading major product initiatives from concept through launch and iteration, including ambiguous zero-to-one work - Setting clear product direction and making high-quality prioritization decisions with incomplete information - Partnering closely with Engineering and Design to build excellent AI products, getting hands-on with model behavior, prompts, context, human-in-the-loop design, evaluation, quality, and reliability - Working directly with customers and prospects to validate problems and solutions - Partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Zoom teams to bring products to market - Defining success metrics and raising the bar for product judgment and AI craft across the team You'll have the opportunity to shape a major new product category, work directly with customers, and build products that reach hiring teams at global scale. The team operates with the focus and customer intimacy of a category-defining product team, with the reach and advantages of Zoom. REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, or high-growth environments - Hands-on experience shipping generative AI products or agentic systems, including prompt and context design, evaluation, output quality, and user trust - Track record of independently taking consequential products from early concept to successful customer adoption - Strong product judgment: ability to separate compelling AI demos from durable customer value and make difficult tradeoffs - Technical fluency and ability to partner deeply with engineers on AI systems, quality, and reliability - Exceptional customer instincts with high bar for craft, usability, and product quality - Clear, influential communication across executives, technical teams, customers, and go-to-market partners - Comfort operating with urgency and ambiguity while bringing clarity and focus to others NICE TO HAVE: - Experience in recruiting, HR technology, workflow software, communications, or enterprise AI - Experience building products that integrate with platforms such as ATSs, collaboration tools, or enterprise systems - Experience working in a startup or leading zero-to-one products within a larger organization
