You will join the Product team as a Senior Product Manager, reporting to the Head of Product. Your focus will be the fulfillment-facing platform, where you'll own the complete roadmap covering integrations, operational tooling, onboarding, and analytics. You'll drive strategy through execution, collaborating daily with Engineering and Design while partnering closely with Fulfillment, Growth, and Customer Success teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and driving the fulfillment platform roadmap from strategy to execution
- Partnering with fulfillment and operations teams to identify friction points and translate needs into scalable product improvements
- Defining success metrics for your area (activation, adoption, merchant satisfaction) and tracking them rigorously
- Working with Customer Support to identify recurring merchant pain points and creating a continuous feedback loop for product improvements
- Driving innovation in features that enhance efficiency and innovation in fulfillment centers
You'll shape how merchants onboard, operate, and grow with Hive, ensuring the platform reflects the needs of the brands using it.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years work experience overall
- 3+ years in product management
- Background in end-customer facing products
- Nice-to-have: B2B SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace platform experience
- Hard skills: translating data and user feedback into product features, roadmap ownership, data-driven prioritization, working with APIs and integrations, defining and tracking product metrics
- Soft skills: strong communicator who can rally stakeholders around shared direction, customer empathy, ability to give and receive direct feedback
- Comfortable with ambiguity, bias for action, customer-first mindset, ability to make good decisions without perfect information
- Fluent English
