Salary: USD 166,500 - 291,400 / annual
ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Technical Product Manager to design and drive innovative solutions for the ServiceNow SOM (Sales Order Management) system. You will define and manage the product roadmap, gather and prioritize requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features that meet stakeholder needs and align with company strategy.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technology and business objectives, playing a pivotal role in shaping go-to-market technical products. You'll develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy supported by data, create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, and establish KPIs to measure product success. You will maintain an end-to-end product ownership mindset, ensuring ongoing product health and providing strategic insights.
Key responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product requirements from stakeholders, designing end-user-focused solutions with AI as a key component, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility. You will work across cross-functional teams including development, UX design, QA, and operations to ensure successful product delivery. Additionally, you'll partner with platform, finance, sales, operations, and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature releases.
You'll gather seller feedback and market intelligence to inform roadmap decisions, ensure product messaging resonates with internal customers, and iterate on features based on stakeholder feedback. This is a strategic role requiring deep technical understanding of the technology stack, architecture, and constraints, combined with strong product ownership and a sense of urgency in addressing critical issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of software product management experience, including go-to-market experience
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Strong technical background in sales core systems and understanding of bordering systems
- Experience with SOM implementation (Sales Automation and/or CPQ)
- Strong CPQ, Order Management, Entitlements, and/or CRM third-party implementation experience
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform
- Strong background in designing technical solutions that address business problems with people-first design
- Experience with go-to-market strategy and execution for enterprise software products
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (SAFe, Agile)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities (verbal, written, presentations)
- Deep curiosity about customer needs and track record building customer relationships
- Ability to work with international team members in global locations
- Strong EQ, conflict management, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business) preferred
- ServiceNow platform experience and technical certifications preferred
