Hinge Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the architecture and technical direction of Member Records, a care-team-facing context layer within CareHub that consolidates member history, clinical context, active programs, device status, onboarding progress, and program transitions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with end-to-end product ownership.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end delivery of Member Records initiatives, defining meaningful health metrics and improving incident response, raising the engineering bar through high-quality design and mentorship, and strengthening operational ownership. You will work across user interface, backend services, APIs, and data models, partnering with Product, Design, Clinical, Quality, and adjacent engineering teams to turn complex healthcare workflows into reliable, intuitive experiences.
The role is Bengaluru-based with a hybrid model requiring 3 days/week in-office. Regular collaboration with San Francisco colleagues is expected, including meetings during late evening India Standard Time (8am–6pm PT).
