You will join the Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Account Infrastructure team as a Staff Software Engineer, playing a critical role in advancing identity solutions and fortifying account infrastructure. This is a high-impact position focused on enhancing platform availability, scalability, and security.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and evolving IAM products using cutting-edge technologies to keep businesses secure
- Designing and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions that support Airwallex's exponential growth
- Championing engineering excellence by establishing high standards for code quality, performance, and security
- Leveraging data to drive decisions and measure product success
- Collaborating globally with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver exceptional IAM solutions
You bring substantial experience in software development with strong expertise in high availability, access control, authentication/authorization, and identity management. You are strategic and forward-thinking, optimizing for long-term value while anticipating future needs. You are customer-focused, understanding security requirements and creating intuitive solutions. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform IAM strategies and ensure system effectiveness.
