The Care Journey team designs and continuously improves the adaptive care experience that guides members to the right blend of preventative, scalable, and 1:1 support as their needs evolve. This team owns onboarding, assessments, care recommendations, and various care offerings that form the core of Modern Health's adaptive care model.
You'll join as a Staff Software Engineer operating with high ownership across the full stack. This is a role for someone who can work cross-functionally with product and design, translate ambiguous problems into clear technical plans (tech specs/RFCs), and execute both individually and in close collaboration with other engineers. You'll develop deep familiarity with the tech stack to move fast without learning curves slowing the team. The expectation is to be ramped up and owning critical parts of roadmap development within 30 days.
Responsibilities include truly full-stack product development with a slight lean towards backend, working on the core adaptive care model that drives sustainable engagement and better outcomes for members while delivering predictable, cost-efficient care mixes for customers.
