You will join as a Staff Frontend Engineer on the Frontend Platform Team, a high-leverage role responsible for setting technical direction and foundation for frontend architecture across web and mobile platforms. Your focus will be on shaping the patterns, tooling, and systems that every product engineer at Modern Health builds upon. This is a company-wide technical leadership position where you'll drive architectural decisions, establish best practices, and mentor engineers across the organization.
Modern Health operates as a fully remote, hyper-growth company with a culture centered on high empathy and high accountability. While fully distributed, the company requires overlapping working hours; US-based team members outside Pacific time are expected to work at least six hours between 8 am–5 pm PT daily.
