You are proficient in Go or Python with a track record of building reliable, maintainable system software. You have proven ability to guide complex technical initiatives from conception to completion, aligning technical execution with company-wide objectives. Strong communication and collaboration skills enable you to advocate for tooling adoption, drive improvements, and mentor other engineers.
