OneTrust is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead technical direction for Developer Experience. This role solves complex, cross-team problems by building platforms, workflows, tooling, and AI-powered resources that help engineers find information, complete common tasks, and deliver software with quality and speed.
As a Staff Engineer, you will have significant technical leadership responsibilities that extend beyond your immediate team. Your technical judgment will shape architectural decisions and influence how multiple engineering teams work. You will lead design and architecture for major Developer Experience capabilities, establish technical standards and best practices, and mentor other engineers on complex problem-solving approaches.
