Conga is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, DevOps to serve as a senior technical leader responsible for designing, building, and evolving the infrastructure, automation, and cloud platform capabilities that power Conga's revenue lifecycle management solutions. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Security, and Operations teams to establish scalable DevOps practices, accelerate software delivery, and improve platform reliability across the global SaaS ecosystem.
This role goes beyond operational support. As a Staff-level engineer, you will influence architectural decisions, drive modernization initiatives, and champion best practices that improve developer productivity, system scalability, and operational excellence. You will serve as a trusted technical expert, helping teams navigate complex infrastructure challenges while advancing Conga's cloud transformation strategy.
