Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. The Context Model Core team is building the real-time digital twin of enterprise operations—a bridge between enterprise systems and AI that captures how business flows across systems and enables AI agents to optimize complex workflows in real time.
As a Staff Software Engineer on this team, you will shape the technical foundation powering the future of Enterprise AI and Process Intelligence. You'll tackle full-stack engineering challenges end-to-end: designing scalable microservices in Java (Spring Boot) and building rich, interactive UI components in Angular and TypeScript.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and drive the technical vision and strategy for the entire product area, securing stakeholder buy-in
- Remain hands-on, leading development of complex, critical-path components
- Drive application performance improvements for big data workloads
- Actively shape product roadmaps, ensuring technical feasibility aligns with business goals
- Set the standard for technical excellence through rigorous design reviews and high coding standards
- Mentor and grow teammates while fostering an inclusive engineering culture
You'll work on building the next generation of process mining by developing core platform capabilities that enable customers to model business processes as they operate in reality, add semantic meaning to business data, and make it efficiently queryable. You'll partner with AI/ML teams to simplify context modeling and enable connected, enterprise-wide process insights.
