As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be a key technical leader responsible for designing and building large-scale system solutions. You'll collaborate with engineering managers, senior engineers, and cross-functional partners to architect the technical foundations of the product platform. This role combines hands-on engineering with mentorship and technical leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing large-scale technical systems and infrastructure
- Leading the successful delivery of complex, multi-team technical initiatives
- Mentoring and guiding other engineers in their technical growth
- Working cross-functionally with product, design, and operations teams
- Contributing directly to code while maintaining architectural oversight
- Ensuring systems are scalable, reliable, and maintainable
