You will serve as Staff Software Architect, owning the architectural vision of the core platform while remaining hands-on with coding. This role requires thinking in systems, translating strategy into scalable technical direction, and partnering closely with the Staff Data Architect to drive the next-generation platform architecture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting overall technical direction and making final decisions on cross-cutting and cross-discipline architecture calls
- Leading architecture and system design across backend and frontend systems for the multi-tenant SaaS platform
- Co-driving the architecture and rollout of the new platform alongside the Staff Data Architect
- Owning critical technology decisions to ensure systems are scalable, secure, observable, and maintainable
- Balancing ownership of the current live platform while architecting the next generation, making deliberate decisions about what carries over versus what gets rebuilt
- Partnering with engineering leadership and product management to align the technical roadmap with business strategy
- Setting the technical bar for the platform and driving architectural consistency across engineering teams
- Being a key voice as the company scales its product and AI capabilities
