Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Program Manager to support the delivery of complex software and hardware defense systems. You will manage relationships with key customers, government agencies, and internal partners, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and stakeholder expectations. The role requires preparing program updates, technical briefs, and performance reports for internal and external audiences, while maintaining status reports and tracking action items with internal leadership.
You will manage program roadmaps, timelines, and resources for successful delivery across multiple products and programs in a dynamic environment. Acting as a deputy liaison between engineering, product management, finance, operations teams, and external government entities, you will align cross-functional teams on goals, dependencies, and deliverables. You will foster effective communication and collaboration across distributed teams and locations, and implement process improvements to enhance program execution and efficiency.
The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years managing complex technical software programs or 5+ years in aerospace and defense consulting. You must have a strong technical background with familiarity in systems engineering, software development, and hardware/software integration. Proficiency with Agile methodologies, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and strong financial and operational analysis capabilities are essential. An active U.S. Top Secret security clearance is required. Preferred qualifications include startup experience, knowledge of defense acquisition processes, familiarity with distributed systems and CI/CD pipelines, and understanding of military systems and operational tactics.
