Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Staff Program Manager to lead strategic client engagement and operational oversight for its Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) division. This role combines account leadership, technical program management, and customer success for U.S. military and government defense clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key defense accounts, establishing and nurturing relationships with military leadership, program offices, and operational end-users. You'll develop deep understanding of client mission objectives, operational environments, and strategic priorities to identify and position Anduril's advanced rocket motor solutions. You'll navigate complex government procurement processes, contracting mechanisms (DIU, SBIR, OTA), and funding cycles to ensure successful program execution and growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client communications, operational requests, and urgent support needs. You'll address client inquiries promptly, coordinate with internal technical support, engineering, and logistics teams for rapid issue resolution, and maintain detailed documentation in Salesforce. You'll ensure clients receive timely updates on product enhancements and technical documentation. You'll drive successful adoption and integration of Anduril's rocket motor systems into client operations, demonstrating mission value and operational superiority. You'll identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts—upselling new features, cross-selling adjacent technologies, and securing follow-on contracts. You'll develop comprehensive account plans, sales strategies, and proposals aligned with client requirements and Anduril's strategic objectives, and conduct technical demonstrations and briefings to diverse audiences from specialists to general officers. Tactical execution includes coordinating logistics for demonstrations, training, and field support; monitoring operational status and usage data of deployed systems; processing client orders for upgrades and spare parts; facilitating contract renewals; and preparing routine operational status reports and usage metrics. This role requires strategic thinking, technical aptitude, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passionate commitment to national security.
