Socure is building identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, verifying identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. This Staff Product Operations Manager role sits at the center of the Product Ops discipline, serving as the centralized hub that supports all embedded product teams. You will own three core areas: (1) reporting and analytics that give visibility into roadmap status, delivery progress, and portfolio health; (2) repeatable processes for planning, prioritization, intake, and roadmap reviews; and (3) keeping strategy and execution aligned as priorities shift. Key responsibilities include: **Reporting & Analytics:** Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and product teams. Define and track core product operations metrics (cycle time, roadmap adherence, planning hygiene, tool adoption). Centralize product performance metrics definition and telemetry builds, coordinating with the BI team. Partner with Finance, Sales/RevOps, and Engineering to bring commercial and delivery data into product prioritization. Support recurring reporting cadences (business reviews, quarterly/annual planning, board updates) with clean data. Monitor data quality and drive hygiene standards. **Process, Efficiency & Enablement:** Design and document repeatable processes for planning, prioritization, intake, and roadmap reviews. Identify friction points and manual work in the product development lifecycle and fix them through process, automation, or tooling. Build templates, playbooks, and checklists that reduce administrative burden. Act as the go-to resource for product managers on using shared tools and processes effectively. Facilitate cross-functional handoffs between Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM. Standardize process across pods while preserving necessary flexibility. **Strategy & Execution Alignment:** Partner with product leadership to translate strategy into concrete, trackable roadmaps and planning cadences. Run the rhythm of planning (quarterly/annual cycles, roadmap reviews, business reviews). Monitor progress against strategic priorities and flag early drift. Support trade-off and prioritization conversations. Ensure work in individual pods visibly ladders up to company-level strategic themes. Close the loop after planning moments to ensure decisions are reflected in day-to-day systems. Success means product teams and leadership trust the systems and data; leadership can reliably answer questions about roadmap and delivery status; tooling stays consistent and well-governed; planning cycles run on schedule with clean data; teams spend less time on manual coordination; roadmap execution visibly connects to strategic priorities; cross-functional handoffs happen through defined processes; and system knowledge is documented and shared. The role is intentionally broad—at larger companies, "owns the tools," "owns the reporting," and "owns the process" are sometimes separate roles. Here, one person does all of it with flexibility to shift emphasis as priorities and team size change. **Requirements:** - 6+ years in Product Operations, Business/Sales Operations, or Product Analyst/Management role, ideally supporting a product or engineering organization - Comfort building dashboards and reports (PPM tools, Tableau, Looker, Google Sheets/Excel); SQL is a plus - Use of LLM-based tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) to augment workflows, dashboards, and research - Experience designing and documenting repeatable processes (intake, prioritization, planning cadences) - Comfort facilitating conversations where strategic priorities and day-to-day execution are in tension - Strong analytical skills to turn messy data into actionable insights - Generalist mindset and comfort moving between technical configuration, process design, and data/reporting work - Bias toward noticing inefficiency and fixing it - Excellent documentation and communication skills - Ability to work autonomously on a small, fast-moving team **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience operating inside a centralized or hybrid Product Ops model supporting multiple embedded product teams - Experience facilitating OKR or strategic-planning cadences - Working knowledge of PDLC and SDLC processes, roadmaps, backlogs, sprints, prioritization frameworks (RICE, WSJF) - Experience with CRM (Salesforce) or CRM-to-PPM integrations - Background in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) - Experience in SaaS, fintech, or regulated technology environments - API or scripting experience (REST APIs, Zapier) - Experience supporting company-wide planning cycles and board-level reporting
