Luxury Presence is a Series C AI growth platform for real estate, backed by Bessemer Venture Partners with $100M ARR. Over 90,000 real estate professionals, including 30% of WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents, use the platform to run and grow their businesses.
You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and results for organic discovery and AI visibility across the platform's 20,000+ real estate websites. This is a platform product where one good decision reaches thousands of businesses simultaneously. Search is being rebuilt in real time as clients are evaluated by Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and prospective sellers using AI assistants.
You'll design for three constituencies: site visitors, crawlers and AI agents, and real estate businesses whose revenue depends on both. This is a product leadership role where you run the area like a business—setting strategy, shipping with your own engineering team, and working across design, client success, and sales. You won't audit and hand off recommendations; instead, you'll be the technical SEO partner most real estate professionals can't afford to hire themselves.
Key responsibilities include: owning product strategy and roadmap for organic discovery and AI visibility; spending time with clients and their support teams to inform what to build; building business cases tied to retention, revenue, and client outcomes; making clients' brands, listings, and expertise legible to AI assistants; defining how to measure citations and visibility across answer engines; owning technical foundations that every client site depends on; proving changes on representative site groups before scaling; shipping with engineering and design partners; and partnering with client success, sales, and marketing on launches.
You'll work with a team of agile innovators in a company ranked on Inc. 5000 three years running, with recognition from BuiltIn's Best Places to Work, HousingWire Tech Trendsetter, Tech100 Awards, and an Inman Innovation Award for Best AI-Powered Platform.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management, including owning a product line end-to-end where you were accountable for adoption, client outcomes, and revenue
- Run your area like a business: build the case before building the product, tie roadmap to retention and revenue, own the result
- Close to customers; talk to them often, understand their business, explain why something matters in their terms
- Create momentum in ambiguity; narrow the problem, make a call, move before every question is answered
- Strong opinions, honestly tested; form a point of view, seek counterarguments, change your mind when evidence supports it
- Make complex things simple for non-technical users, favoring smart defaults and guardrails over configuration
- Communicator who can excite rooms from engineers to executives to client success; earn trust across teams you don't manage
- Hands-on experience with SEO or organic growth and current point of view on AI search, with technical depth credible to engineers
- Rigorous about measurement; test before scaling, distinguish results from coincidence
- Fluent with AI as a working tool for investigation, prototyping, and unblocking

- Worked on platforms where single changes reach many customers' sites or accounts
- Shipped LLM-powered products to production, especially content-generation products
- Background in content, editorial, or brand work with feel for how business voice should change by audience
- Founder, GM, or P&L experience
