Traba is building an AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain, starting with contingent labor in manufacturing and logistics. The company matches and deploys workers into warehouses and distribution centers, and is now expanding into broader operational workflows. Backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst.
You will own the staffing product at the center of Traba's marketplace, architecting product strategy across critical staffing and marketplace workflows. - Write detailed product requirements and partner with engineering teams to execute solutions
- Build systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency
- Use data to uncover patterns and answer critical marketplace questions
- Translate operational complexity into scalable product systems
- Design internal tooling and technical solutions to scale operations
- Launch and iterate products across customers, regions, and operational environments
- Communicate complex ideas across systems, workflows, and product strategy
- Socialize work across all levels and departments while synthesizing stakeholder feedback
You'll collaborate with software engineers, product designers, data analysts, other product managers, operations teams, and field teams to design and ship practical solutions into industrial facilities.
Required qualifications:

- Experience building enterprise products with multi-stakeholder customers and complex operational environments
- Experience building internal operational tooling or systems that supported real business execution
- Strong technical fluency and ability to work deeply with engineering teams
- Experience operating in startup environments where speed and ownership matter

- Strong work ethic and desire to build a category-defining company
Desired traits:
- Customer-obsessed; spend time on-site with users on both sides of the marketplace
- AI-native operator; changed how you work because of AI, not just added it to your stack
- First-principles thinker; understand systems and constraints deeply
- Operations systems builder; understand workflows and how to create leverage through systems
- Builder mentality; inventive, scrappy, move quickly, embrace ambiguity
- Deeply collaborative across product, design, engineering, data, operations, sales, and leadership
