Rubrik is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) AI strategy and execution. You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products that support the seller journey—from account planning and prospecting to pipeline management and relationship management. This is a high-impact role where you'll ship production AI agents and tools that measurably lift seller productivity.
Key responsibilities include conducting needs assessments with sellers and stakeholders, using data-driven insights to prioritize AI/ML features by ROI and business impact, and prototyping quickly with emerging AI tools before handing off to engineering. You'll partner closely with engineers, AI architects, sales operations, and enablement teams to scale products and drive adoption. You'll stay current with AI/ML trends, B2B sales technology, and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities.
You operate as a strategic unblocked leader: you pitch product bets to sales and CX leadership, secure alignment, and resolve misalignment up to executive level. You have deep domain fluency in how revenue moves through Salesforce, PRM, CPQ, and billing systems, and you understand seller and CX workflows minute-to-minute. You think from first principles, challenge legacy processes, and build replacements rather than incremental improvements. You're data-savvy by instinct—you dive into data yourself to find deal-cycle leaks, read pipeline velocity and close rates, and let numbers frame your arguments.
Required experience: 8+ years in product management, GTM systems, or equivalent impact. Proven track record shipping production AI/ML products (generative and agentic), with clear evidence of where models delivered value. Real transformation at scale in fast-moving environments with measurable revenue operations impact. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, seller pain points, and the tech ecosystem (Salesforce, Clari, CPQ). Excellent communication and presentation skills, including ability to pitch strategy to C-suite.
