Salary: USD 213,600 - 300,000 / annual
Harvey is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the 0-to-1 development of its Contracts product, a foundational role defining vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new AI-powered product transforming how legal professionals draft, negotiate, review, and manage contracts.
You will own the product vision and drive development from concept through alpha, beta, and general availability. This requires deep engagement with law firms, in-house legal teams, and enterprise customers to understand pain points in contract workflows. You'll translate legal domain expertise into product requirements, working with legal engineers and subject matter experts to build sophisticated AI-powered features.
Key responsibilities include: establishing strategic direction and success metrics (KPIs for adoption, utilization, customer value); driving cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, research, legal, and go-to-market teams; defining product packaging and positioning with product marketing; prioritizing features based on customer feedback, competitive landscape, and technical feasibility; and building and iterating rapidly in an agile startup environment.
You'll partner closely with engineering on complex AI/ML-powered products, present to executive audiences, influence without authority, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. The role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and complex legal workflows, requiring entrepreneurial mindset, deep product sense, and ability to navigate ambiguity while driving toward clear outcomes.
