Twilio is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Onboarding and Compliance product team for Senders and Numbers—the gateway to accessing Twilio's communication APIs. In this role, you will own product strategy and execution for streamlined onboarding experiences while maintaining compliance with telecommunications regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting and translating business requirements into user stories in collaboration with engineering teams
- Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (design, engineering, legal, GTM) to drive product planning, design, and delivery against defined success metrics
- Developing and communicating a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap; securing buy-in from leadership and teams
- Collaborating with GTM to launch products and enable sales and marketing adoption and growth
- Conducting data-driven business reviews to analyze product execution, revenue impact, and market accomplishments
You will work in a remote-first environment with occasional in-person gatherings for team offsites and customer meetings. The role requires deep ownership of complex, ambiguous challenges in a regulated industry where balancing customer ease-of-use with compliance requirements is critical.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of product management experience in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS
- Proven track record leading successful product launches and driving product strategy
- Strong analytical skills; ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence across all organizational levels
- Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding
- Ownership mentality; ability to decode vague priorities and drive initiatives forward amid ambiguity
- Experience with cloud, APIs, communications, and/or enterprise software
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Desired experience includes building developer-focused products/APIs and working in regulated ecosystems.
