Snowflake is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Enterprise Apps & Agentic Systems team, which redesigns high-value business domains (Finance, People, Legal, and others) into AI-native, software-defined products. You will serve as customer zero for Snowflake's own technology, building first-of-a-kind solutions internally, proving their value in production, and bringing learnings to customers.
In this role, you will own the complete product lifecycle from discovery through value realization. You will identify opportunities to eliminate, redesign, automate, or delegate work to software; define product strategy and roadmap; align business and technology teams; and lead delivery of products that users choose to adopt.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing clear product vision, strategy, roadmap, and narrative for meaningful business problems
- Partnering directly with business leaders, operators, and end users from problem framing through launch and adoption
- Applying strong product judgment and first-principles thinking to create simple, intuitive products
- Redesigning workflows end-to-end, starting with desired business outcomes rather than existing processes
- Prototyping rapidly using AI tooling and modern product-development techniques
- Defining and shipping production-grade agents and intelligent workflows with appropriate guardrails and human-in-the-loop mechanisms
- Leading the product-engineering partnership across engineering, design, data science, security, and platform teams
- Creating alignment through compelling storytelling and clear communication
- Influencing without formal authority across business and technology organizations
- Owning adoption and outcomes by defining success measures and tracking usage, quality, trust, cycle time, automation, and business value
- Ensuring products meet governance, auditability, SOX, data privacy, security, and responsible AI standards
Requirements:
- Track record of building and scaling high-quality software products with demonstrated product ownership (not just program delivery or application administration)
- Strong product judgment: ability to identify highest-value problems, challenge solution-shaped requests, make trade-offs, and focus teams on outcomes
- Experience partnering directly with business teams and users to discover problems, test assumptions, shape solutions, and drive adoption
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complexity and align people around direction
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to rapidly prototype, test, and refine software solutions
- Technical fluency in modern AI and software product development, including LLM and agent patterns, orchestration, tools, retrieval, evaluation, data, APIs, security, and production operations
- Experience taking products from discovery and zero-to-one development through launch, adoption, iteration, and scale
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, create clarity, move quickly, and make hard decisions with incomplete information
- Ability to influence across functions and organizational boundaries without formal authority
- Typically 8+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience building and scaling software products
- Computer Science, Engineering, or related degree helpful but not required
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience building products for internal enterprise teams or complex business domains
- Background in Finance, People, Legal, Go-to-Market, or other operational functions
- Experience launching AI-native or customer-facing generative AI products
- Familiarity with Snowflake and the Data Cloud ecosystem
- Experience taking a product or capability from internal customer zero to a repeatable pattern for customers
