Salary: USD 195,500 - 230,000 / annual
BigPanda is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the L1 Agent product—an AI-native operator that autonomously handles repetitive, high-volume Level-1 IT operations work. This is a hands-on, strategic role within a startup-mode team operating at enterprise scale.
In this position, you will define and drive the L1 Agent roadmap while remaining deeply involved in delivery. You'll partner closely with engineering to ship AI-native product capabilities, run customer discovery with design partners and enterprise users, and collaborate across product groups to ensure platform-wide alignment. You'll also shape how customers experience and trust the AI agent—including conversational flows, transparency into agent decisions, and feedback loops that improve the product. Additionally, you'll work with GTM teams across enablement, marketing, and launch activities to expand self-service and automated adoption paths.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years as a Product Manager building B2B SaaS products end-to-end
- Track record of shipping AI or ML products to production
- Strong product-UX instincts with focus on self-service customer adoption
- Technical fluency; comfortable engaging with engineering on architecture and system design
- Experience running customer discovery, interviews, and design partner programs
- Experience partnering with GTM teams (sales, marketing, customer success) on positioning, enablement, and adoption
- Proven ability to lead product strategy from problem definition through go-live
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience with observability and incident workflows, and operator experience
- Founder or 0-to-1 product experience
