The company uses proprietary models to handle the tedious paperwork that delays patient care and provider payments, enabling healthcare operators to get patients the right care at the right time. You will own the success of one or more core product areas, driving real-world impact and outcomes rather than just feature delivery. This is a full-ownership role spanning vision-setting, strategy, and end-to-end execution. You'll develop deep understanding of users' day-to-day workflows and the healthcare ecosystem, identify high-leverage problems to solve, and translate complex operational challenges into simple, scalable product experiences. Key responsibilities include: - Own one or more core product areas with accountability for outcomes and customer impact - Define and drive product vision and strategy by synthesizing user needs, workflow complexity, and business priorities into a clear roadmap - Lead product discovery through user interviews, workflow mapping, usability testing, and qualitative/quantitative research - Translate ambiguous problems into clear product requirements and intuitive experiences - Build, launch, and iterate on new capabilities from 0→1 and 1→scale with fast learning cycles - Partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, customer success, sales, operations, and marketing - Set high standards for execution, usability, and platform coherence You'll work in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment where you set the pace and drive impact. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving complex workflow problems, and takes full accountability for outcomes. You'll collaborate with a high-caliber team focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 4 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, workflow-heavy products, or operationally complex environments - Proven ability to take ambiguous product ideas from concept to launch and prototype to real-world usage, with thoughtful prioritization - Strong user instincts and deep care for how products feel, flow, and fit into daily work; skilled at product discovery - Technical fluency: able to break down complex systems, distill technical needs and constraints, and partner with engineering on smart tradeoffs - Excellent communication skills to articulate product decisions, tradeoffs, and priorities to diverse audiences - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally across design, engineering, customer experience, and go-to-market teams - Bias to action: energized by moving fast, testing ideas, learning from feedback, and iterating - Ownership mindset: accountable for outcomes, comfortable in low-structure environments, eager to lead end-to-end
