Salary: GBP 135,000 - 170,000 / annual
Attio is building the CRM for agentic revenue, designed for ambitious go-to-market teams. The company has raised $116M from top-tier investors including Google Ventures, Redpoint, and Balderton, and is at Series B stage.
As a Staff Product Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership across Attio's engineering organization, tackling the hardest technical challenges in real-time infrastructure, AI-native architecture, and frontend development. You'll design and build software that creates delightful user experiences while working across teams to shape significant parts of the infrastructure aligned with overall technical strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical leadership for critical parts of the engineering organization, designing significant infrastructure components and ensuring high-quality execution across teams
- Setting standards for how software is built and operated at Attio, ensuring systems are robust, maintainable, reliable, scalable, and secure
- Mentoring and coaching engineers, helping with hiring decisions, and fostering a growth mindset as the company evolves in the age of AI
- Optimizing for business outcomes by making thoughtful trade-offs between delivery speed and quality, with deep understanding of customer needs
You'll bring first-class technical execution skills with systems-level thinking, proven track record of delivering complex projects through others, and ability to break down large problems into independent goals. You should have demonstrated technical leadership credentials, a growth mindset open to experimentation in rapidly evolving AI landscape, passion for developing the next generation of technical leaders, and strong product/customer focus with data-driven decision making.
The role is based in the United Kingdom with competitive compensation of £135K-£170K annually, equity in the early-stage company, 25 days holiday plus local public holidays, Apple hardware, private medical insurance, pension contributions, enhanced family leave, and team off-sites in interesting locations.
