Hims & Hers, a leading health and wellness platform and NYSE-traded public company, is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for its New Albany, Ohio pharmacy operations. This is an overnight shift role (7 days on, 7 days off schedule) reporting to the Operations Manager, Pharmacy. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding pharmacy service to patients and partner organizations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient safety. Your core responsibilities include: - Dispensing medications with accurate interpretation, labeling, and product selection of prescriptions - Performing pharmacist duties such as drug utilization reviews, patient counseling, and dispensing activities - Maintaining all security and privacy rules regarding protected health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Updating and maintaining patient profile records according to state pharmacy regulations - Practicing all state and federal pharmacy regulations for ordering, handling, and management of prescriptions and prescription drug products - Supervising pharmacy technicians' workflow, verifying their preparation and labeling of pharmaceuticals, and verifying order entries, charges, and inspections - Supervising the work results of support personnel - Attending all pharmacy team meetings as necessary - Driving quality efforts by adhering to standard operating procedures - Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with FDA regulations - Protecting patients and technicians by adhering to infection-control protocols - Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Hims & Hers emphasizes a modern, innovative patient experience with comprehensive pharmacist oversight. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (required) - PharmD degree (required) - Active Pharmacist License in your state (required upon hire) - 1-3 years of pharmacist experience (required) - Effective knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations - Ability to work flexible shift times - Proficiency in English (verbal and written) - Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems
