As a Staff .NET Engineer, you will serve as a technical authority and architectural leader for the platform. You'll define engineering standards, design scalable distributed systems, and drive innovation across the behavioral health technology stack. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on technical excellence and company-wide impact.
Key responsibilities include architecting and implementing complex distributed systems, establishing best practices and engineering standards, mentoring and guiding other engineers through technical leadership, designing solutions that handle healthcare-scale data and compliance requirements, and collaborating with product and clinical teams to translate healthcare needs into robust technical solutions.
